Arrival and Departure

On the day of departure you room is available until 11:00. Please note that because of this, rooms are normally only available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. Should you arrive earlier or depart later we will charge for the additional day(s)!

The Austrian General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply. Place of jurisdiction: Zell am Ziller

Minimum duration of stay: short stays of up to 3 nights are possible, but we will add an additional charge of 10%. For a third guest in 1 room we offer a 20% reduction on the price of the third guest.

Cancellation:

Room cancellations are only possible in writing. Up to three months in advance we do not charge a cancellation fee, up to 1 month before the start of the stay we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the total fee, and 1 week or less before the arrival day we charge 90% of the total fee. The Austrian Hotel Contract terms apply.

Cancellation Conditions:

The Austrian Hotel Regulations apply. Cancellations can only be accepted in written form.

Cancellation Insurance:

For just € 2.00 per person and holiday day covers all cancellation costs caused by an accident, illness or for personal reasons. If you would like to make use of this service, please let us know when making your booking.

Deposit:

To confirm a reservation we ask that you pay a deposit of € 400.00 per room, paid by bank transfer to our account:

Please make this transaction by following the instructions in your booking confirmation.

Smoker - Non-Smoker?

We would like to inform you that all of our rooms are non-smoking rooms, and that smoking is not permitted in the dining area. Smoking is permitted in the hotel bar and on the balconies.

Wellness Area:

If you can not make it to a booked appointment in our wellness area, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not do this we will have to charge you 80% of the treatment price.

All previous prices lose their validity with the production of a new price list! Price changes, errors and print mistakes are excepted. The Austrian Hotel Contract terms apply.

Animals

Dogs and other pets are not permitted out of consideration for our small guests.

Payment:

Payment is possible in cash, by EC card or by bank transfer before your holiday.

Local Tax:

For guests 15 years and over: € 0.75 per day
