For fresh bread from Fügener bakeries, we serve egg dishes à la carte in the morning - with free-range eggs from the Tyrolean Goggei and spiced with herbs from the herb garden on our doorstep. For "sweet breakfasts" beekeeper Gerhard Oberdacher delivers Zillertal mountain blossom honey, the jam factory Darbo from Stans finest jam according to the old family recipe - and our breakfast team bakes fresh pancakes and crunchy waffles for you every morning.

The Mayrhofner Sennerei supplies us with the best hay milk from the pastures and mountain farms of the Zillertal. Who has tasted it, can also look again exactly where it's from: in the adventure dairy Zillertal you can look over the shoulder of the cheese master, as the fresh hay milk quality products.

Crunchy salads from the buffet and fine, homemade soups for lunch, plus culinary surprises such as burgers with tender pulled pork or personally baked pizza by hotel manager Michael Kobliha.
The woodenboard for the afternoon snack is filled with hearty stuff from the Zillertaler Speckstube - the secret recipe has been passed on for generations in the Pfister family - and cheese from the Hanserhof, which is produced just a stone's throw away from us with great love for the product. And even closer, in our own kitchen, are our delicious home-made cakes and the sugar-sweet surprises of our dessert buffet.

The thirst in between is best satisfied with fresh Fügener spring water - it could not be any clearer.

Dinnertime at alpina zillertal - the perfect culinary finale(6.00 pm to 8.30 pm)

Delicious and still healthy: at the children's buffet there are three main courses every evening to choose from for the kids. In addition to salad and entrees, the parents can choose from up to five main courses, including highlights such as crispy grilled steaks from the in-house Dry Ager. We buy our meat from the organic butcher Juffinger in Thiersee - their quality and responsibility in dealing with the animals has convinced us. Fresh herbs from our own herb garden provide that special something.

Our tip for a relaxing end to the day: a glass of Zillertal Gin from the Stiegenhaushof - to enjoy especially in front of the fireplace or at our cozy bar.

The great feature of our children's hotel: Here you make the evening very flexible. Have a nice meal with the whole family or enjoy a romantic evening as parents, while the kids eat with their playmates as part of the childcare - everything is possible!
